I was introduced to Mark by my physiotherapist. She told me that he worked with energy and I knew immediately that he was the kind of person i was looking for. I work as a doctor and I recognise that a lot of complaints that patients present with are related to stress directly and indirectly, as well as imbalances or blockages in the flow of energy. I have had the opportunity to interact with a few other healers and practitioners in energy work, and I was blown away by what Mark is capable of. One of the things that struck me is his 'no frills' approach. He does not use any gimmicks. He keeps it simple and just gets on with it. He is also very clear on respecting boundaries, free will, confidentiality, non-maleficence etc and I could identify with these principles because they form the core of my professional ethos; I found his readiness to learn new things very refreshing.

Mark is very focused and committed to working with his clients and has an uncanny ability to see through the masks and armour that we wear in our daily lives to to hide from the world and ourselves. Having seen Mark work on resolving emotional issues and pick up on specific physical issues and how he alleviated them, I had no doubt as to how much more of an impact he could have on people's lives.

I have always been an advocate for approaching the provision of healthcare from a holistic point of view because a human being is more than their symptoms in isolation.

I have had the chance to liaise with Mark on a number of cases, with very promising results so far. I am monitoring their progress as he works on the conditions the attended him with while maintaining confidentiality; to give a before and after picture of their journey, so to speak. I hope to get more patients interested in working on an energetic level in tandem with clinical care to help improve their general wellbeing with clinical data to prove the efficacy of what I like to think of as energy medicine.

I was in a dark place when I went Mark, a friend recommended him to me as she knew he could help. I will never forget the shift I felt from dark to light within a short time of talking with him. The way he connects with your energy and moves through your emotions so delicately and with the upmost respect is incredible. You can’t hide anything from him as he already knows! He strips you back and guides you to see your own potential, your own worth. I connected with Mark 8yrs ago for a healing/ reading. He was a recommendation from my GP. I had gone through a breakup and lost my mam and was looking for someone to help heal my heart. I still to this day find it hard to put into word's how amazing Mark is at what he does. All i can say is he lifted the weight of the world off my soul that day. After the healing as we were chatting i could feel a pain in my heart. Without telling him he said you have a pain and he put his hand on my chest. I could feel the heat from his hand burning into me and the pain disappeared. I lost contact with him after that. I contacted Mark last week, I had been in a really bad place for four months because my younger sister Annie (and best friend) had passed away suddenly and unexpectantly and I could not come to terms with this awful loss. Never having had any experience with a medium I was very sceptical. However, speaking with Mark was amazing, he understood exactly where I was coming from and the torment I was experiencing. I have been fortunate enough to have received healing from Mark after being introduced by a good friend who knew I was in a very difficult place in my life both emotionally and physically. I have had Reiki healing before but didn’t know what to expect with Mark’s unique style of healing. My first session was eye opening and unlike any type of healing I have experienced before. So after meeting Mark and Sonia at Stockwell spiritual church, he decided that he would like to help me develop my spirituality. This I must say was something I had been thinking about in a lot of detail. After receiving several very accurate messages from family members in spirit mark approached me and spoke about development. Firstly I was absolutely blown away how he knew what I was thinking, but he seemed to silently calm me down. The time came to meet mark and Sonia again at my development workshop, I could write for days how brilliant the workshop and mark was but that really would not do him justice. I had a recent skype session with Mark and want to express my appreciation. Mark has a unique ability to merge with your energy field and immediately pick up on physical and emotional issues. He seems to very quickly attune his energy to the person he is reading and starts to give you feedback straight away. The information was very accurate and after a while I began to let my defences down and receive the help he was offering. He has a particular interest in early childhood formation and could see the imprint of childhood that I'm still carrying and creating blocks in my energy field. He could see that I have difficulty remembering most of my childhood. He could see the effects of my emotional issues on my physical body and gave me several suggestions about how to improve my health and wellbeing. He also helped me to improve my meditation practice. All the while he was reading there was healing happening and I felt a deep sense of appreciation for his gifts and his integrity. I have had several issues with my diet and stress related from my childhood. Mark was very calming as I suffer with anxiety. He just knew from the moment he greeted me and brought me to the room. I have to say that I was difficult at the start as I didn’t want to tell him anything, so I sat listening. He just began to speak and everything he said was true. I was very surprised as I wasn’t expecting this. He told me about my childhood, and I could feel my body doing stuff. Cant explain it.

He even knew I had sists on my ovaries and I had an appointment to have them removed in hospital. I went to Mark because I am nervous of surgery. He asked if he could put his hands on my knees and he did a healing. I went very dizzy, and I could feel intense heat going up my legs to my abdomen. He did this for what felt like 5 mins but was probably longer. He told me that I would probably have spotting, which scary enough I did the next day. I was scheduled for a post operation check-up on Monday last and the surgeon was surprised that the two sists had dissolved. I was so happy and I cant thank you enough Mark as I was terrified about the surgery. I feel so much better inside and I am starting to love myself again. I feel great and friends close to me cannot figure out what has changed. They keep staring at me. I would recommend Mark in a heartbeat....... Thank you so much Xx.

Hi Mark, I just wanted to email you with an update and also to thank you for literally transforming my life!! I went ahead and found a lady to adjust my atlas bone as you suggested and yes it was out of place and yes everything has changed positively since then, so I want to say a huge thank you to you. I am not sure if you knew my atlas bone was actually out or of you took a guess at it, I had not even heard of the atlas bone. After suffering for 4-5 years with a twisted sacrum and attending 17 different professionals ranging from chiropractors, osteopaths, physiotherapist, doctors and Chinese medicine professionals, getting all sorts of treatments from manipulations to acupuncture, massage, cupping, physio, Pilates classes. I can safely say that after attending with you for once and following up on your advice I am finally fixed! I literally feel much better, posture is excellent, range of motion has greatly improved, and finally no more hip pain for the last month.....I am so thankful to you for helping me finally fix this problem. I went to see mark in the Holistic Lab shop, and I was very nervous to begin with. I had spoken to Mark via a phone call a

few days prior and I was surprised at how he could read me so accurately. When I arrived for the appointment Mark began by making me feel more relaxed and then he began to talk about my life. My mum just told me that an elderly man with a serious cancer (lungs and brain) who for last few months could not even stand from his bed after one session with Mark (2 hours) back in November in Krakow when I was over there can walk now. In the hospital after the check-up, they could not believe. On his lungs there is only a shadow of past cancer and on the brain, there is only a small tumour which shrank significantly. My aunt who went a cancer a couple years ago and who has last year hip replacement, sepsis (she almost died), a few surgeries of the hip also got a session with Mark back in November. She looks much better now. etc.... He also helped people with some other (nonphysical issues) and he does brilliant readings too. Write an email to Mark requesting a session. I am not sure if he is now in Dublin or elsewhere. Sometimes you need to wait a bit to get a session. Feel free to tell him I recommended him to you.

Four years ago, I started having panic attacks, it completed changed me, I was always trying to get back to being the person I was before I had these attacks but was finding it very difficult. I got to the point where I was so tired from it all and was willing to try anything that might help. I went for counselling which helped to a certain extent, but I still felt anxious. I was a bit apprehensive going to Mark for my first appointment as I had never been to someone like this before and wasn't sure what to expect. Mark was able to explain to me why I was feeling this way and where it was all stemming from. He was able to tell me information about myself from an early age which I would never have known. It’s very hard to explain what he does but he is very accurate with his information. It has made me a lot more aware of what is going on in my body and to try look a things from a different perspective. I have been blessed to come across some gifted healers over the last 4 years throughout an illness. Mark is just amazing; he tunes in to you and the info/healing is 100% accurate and extremely powerful. He requires no information at all, in fact he asked me not to say too much (I like to talk and analyse everything!!!). I imagine this way he picks up the most important issues to be removed and healed. By looking at me he could tell I had a lot of calcium in my system, I had taken my first calcium tablet the day before and my body hadn't adjusted yet! He instantly told me which vertebrate was out in my neck which was correct. He worked on my intestines and the heat/energy from his hands was incredible. We also worked on family relationships which have since improved. He could tell me what the triggers are between us and how to avoid them. I love the fact that a session is not just healing but guidance and also tackles the root cause of your illness. This means when you are well you can stay that way! In a nutshell Mark is Truly gifted and a lovely person also. I would highly recommend him. A session or reading with him can change so much and in itself is an amazing experience.

A friend of mine recommended Mark after she received a healing from him in early December. I had experienced a series challenging and life changing events and felt like I was just hanging in there... So, I decided to go along and I'm so glad I did. From the first healing I instantly felt calmed and different. By the end of the third healing the pain caused by a cyst I had been suffering from subsided and a scan (I was due to have anyway the day after) couldn't find any sign of it, it just disappeared. Life is like a circle and Mark an important part of it! As a hypnotherapist I am very familiar with the unconscious world, but as even me I need some nudge on my spiritual growth, I couldn’t meet anybody better then Mark! He is a great teacher and I also get help from him to solve my emotional blockades. I had the chance to receive help from Marks a few months ago by Skype (I live in Paris). I was stuck in my unsatisfying live, unable to take a decision and to deal with my emotions. Even with the distance, Mark succeeded in connecting with me and told me things that made sense to my inner self. He also worked on my energy. I could feel it even if we were not in the same place, in the same country! Since then, some things have changed in my life: I've found a new job, I've lost 5 kgs ("stuck emotions" Mark helped me getting rid of), my persistent eczemas almost disappeared. And this is just the beginning, I've decided to live my life from the driver's seat. I meditate and practice yoga in the morning in order to connect to myself, it helps me a lot. For some time I felt that I needed direction in my life and was fortunate enough to have a reading with Mark. I have absolutely no doubt that he is truly gifted and authentic. He made contact with my mum who passed over some years ago, and he relayed the messages from her in a sensitive, direct and compassionate manner. We had Mark over the other night for a healing/reading party with a few friends. It was such a relaxing evening and we all really enjoyed ourselves immensely. The party is a great way to spend time with friends – and get some Me Time as well. Most of us had a healing and as we all met with Mark the room became so calm. Mark would see each of us privately in separate room away from the group. As well as being very pleasant it worked out a bit cheaper for each of us to have a session with him.
